Julian’s deepest belief is that “great salespeople and leaders are made”. They just need to be reminded of their humanity and be inspired by the right perspectives.
Starting her career in B2B sales in the exciting IT industry, she spent 17 years honing her complex sales and management skills. Julian held several key account director roles for leading IT companies such KPMG Consulting, TIBCO Software and Gartner Inc., among others, as a direct quota carrying sales leader, winning highly competitive deals with her team.
In 2014, Julian successfully repurposed her career to the area of Sales Force Transformation under the mentorship of Mike Bosworth (creator/founder of Solution Selling) and set up Mike Bosworth Leadership (Asia) where she is currently the Managing Partner. Trained and certified in Story Seekers®, she had since conducted the workshops with her team globally and facilitated the learning and transformation of sales people from different cultures.
Julian graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Computer Engineering degree and recently completed the “Being a Leader and The Effective Exercise of Leadership” course from the Nanyang Business School facilitated by Werner Erhard, Michael C. Jensen(Harvard University) and Steve Zaffron (CEO, Vanto Group).
In her spare time, she practices her ‘storytelling and connection skills’ by singing in public venues with her talented band.
