STOP PRESENTATIONS AND START CONVERSATIONS

Stop boring, disengaging, and self-centered presentations and start conversations with your audience that inspire, connect and bring value.

Upskill your team’s virtual presentation skills in 3 steps

1.WEBINAR [60 minutes] STRATEGY & CONTENT During the first webinar we will practice the following topics:
  • Your AUDIENCE: who they are, but also how they might think and feel about your idea
  • BRAIN-SCIENCE: How people consume information and make decisions?
  • The GOAL of the meeting/presentation: What do you want your audience to remember, to feel and to do after your presentation?
  • The FORMAT of the virtual presentation: linear (one-way, webcast), interactive (two-way, webinar), or collaborative (multi-way, workshop or conversation), and delivered live or recorded
  • PRESENTATION’ STRUCTURE – how to convey your message in an effective, convincing and compelling way
  • STORYTELLING – narratives to fully engage with your listeners and build thier buying visions
2. WEBINAR [60 minutes] DELIVERY & INTERACTION During the second webinar we will practice the following topics:
  • „KISS” model (simplify slides, avoid jargon, talk less, give space)
  • OPENING the presentation (trigger curiosity and grab attention)
  • INTERACTION with the audience: reactions, surveys, chats, discussions, break-out rooms
  • Build RAPPORT through the camera (posture, eye contact, tone of voice, dialogue vs monologue)
  • VISUALS - do you really need a PPT presentation?
  • Ensure your ENERGY level is up for the showtime
  • Ensure your room is sound-friendly and get your TECHNOLOGY right (camera, lighting, microphone)
3. COACHING. INDIVIDUAL & GROUP
  • During a one-on-one session, participants prepare for an upcoming event or an important sales conversation
  • Individual coaching sessions address the individual needs of participants
  • Participants receive feedback and learning tips from the coach and also from the team in case of the group coaching
  • Group coaching is max 3 people, and 1 single presentation to practise
